Hardware Innovation: Independently developed a new generation of embedded AI industrial intelligent camera series, equipped with a high-performance AI accelerator chip-level parallel computing architecture, using a low-power edge computing framework to achieve fast and stable image processing response. The V3 series of intelligent cameras adopts a modular design, integrating FPGA+ARM+NPU+GPU multi-core computing units to meet the application needs of complex scenarios.
Algorithm Breakthrough: Built a deep learning algorithm platform covering seven major algorithm matrices, including OCR character recognition, defect detection, and 3D vision. Based on the full-function algorithm platform, AI algorithms are fully introduced, completing the embedded architecture transplantation and optimization of full-stack AI algorithms, and breaking through the bottleneck of high AI deployment costs.
Edge-Cloud Synergy: Through self-developed intelligent software architecture, dynamic adaptation of algorithm deployment and hardware resources is achieved, building an "edge-cloud" collaborative visual processing system, supporting remote setting and deployment from mobile phones, tablets, and PCs, greatly improving the flexibility of system deployment.
High Integration: High integration of multi-channel lighting, optical zoom, algorithm scheduling, AI computing, WIFI communication, PLC logic control, and display output. The software system drives the coordinated operation of various components, intelligent scheduling, and greatly shortens the system integration cycle.
Centralized Monitoring: Relying on self-developed visual centralized monitoring technology, the central control platform realizes unified management and configuration of multiple devices through an intuitive visual interface.
